Moving 05:42
Waiting for something, I know that it is coming, I think it’s time for a change. I’ll listen, I’ll smile, I’ll stay here for awhile, I think it’s time for a change. Well I’m ready, Ready for something, I’m ready for something new. Well I’m ready, Ready for something, I’m ready for something true. Waiting for something, I know that it ain’t coming, I think it’s time for a change. I listened, I tried, I swallowed all your lies, I think it’s time for a change. Well I’m ready, Ready for something, I’m ready for something new. Well I’m ready, Ready for something, I’m ready for something true. Something says it’s over, (trying to forget it). Something says it’s over, (trying to forget about it) Something says it’s over, (trying to forget it). Something says it’s done, (time to start again).

Ready 04:22
Wish I could shut you up, Wish I could shut you down. Wish I could do so much more, This time around. Wish I could help you up, Wish I could make you doubt. I hope you’re ready, The truth is coming out. You’re framing everything, You’re blaming everyone my friend. Containing everything, You’re blaming everyone again. Wish I could break you up, Wish I could break you down. Wish I could do so much more, This time around. Wish you would listen up, Wish I knew what to say. I hope you’re ready, The truth won’t go away. You’re framing everything, You’re blaming everyone my friend. Explaining everything, You’re blaming everyone again.

Believe 05:24
Take this complicated mess, I want to get it off my chest, The thing that hurts the most is drinking poison. Burning deep inside my throat, Bleeding out the words I wrote, I’ve got to learn to lie for our survival. I know it’s just pretend, But it’s giving me faith again. I’m praying for the end, But it’s giving me faith again. The creatures they don’t make a sound, And Jesus Christ is upside down, Filling up your life with empty choices. I know it’s just pretend, But it’s giving me faith again. I’m praying for the end, But it’s giving me faith again. If we could just forget the code, And let our inner selves explode, Maybe we could learn to live forever, And ever, And ever…

Communion 04:44
Was I chosen? Or was I poisoned? Never once did I get through to you. Covered all my bases, And I’m trying to erase this. But I’m making the same mistakes again. And I wanted to tell you, And I wanted you to know about it. But I’m making the same mistakes again. Was I chosen? Or was I poisoned? Never once did I get through to you. I saw something, It keeps on coming, But I’m making the same mistakes again. And I wanted to tell you, And I wanted you to know about it. But I’m making the same mistakes again. Was I chosen? Or was I poisoned? Never once did I get through to you. Was I selected? Or was I rejected? Never once did I get through to you. Never once did I get through. Never once did I get through to you. Never once did I get through….

Revelation 05:02
Oh no, now I see, New information. Oh no, what’s wrong with me? It’s a revelation. Oh no, now I see, My own limitations. Oh no, how can it be? It’s a revelation. I’m killing my mind, With the filth I find. It’s a one way ticket, Across the line. Across the line…. I’ve had enough of this, One man’s kill is another man’s kiss. Keep on running away, Keep running out of time. Oh no, now I see, New information. Oh no, what’s wrong with me? It’s a revelation. Oh no, now I see, My own limitations. Oh no, how can it be? It’s a revelation. I’m filling my mind, With the truth I find. I’ll second guess, This grand design. This grand design… I’ve had enough of you, And your irrelevant point of view. Keep on running away, Keep running out of time.

Digging In 06:22
Strength, and fortitude, Your loneliness is showing through. You’ve drawn a line, If only you could see yourself. Running through the paces, Of your commas and your spaces. You’re doing time, If only you could see yourself, You’d free your mind. Digging in, you’re digging in, Fortified foundations wear thin. Digging in, you’re digging in, Emotional starvation, Give in. Level head and common sense, Will always trump your confidence. You’re in decline, If only you could see yourself. When there’s no reflection, There can be no course correction. You’re marking time, If only you could see yourself, You’d free your mind. Digging in, you’re digging in, Fortified foundations wear thin. Digging in, you’re digging in, Emotional starvation, Give in.

It’s that taste of home, I can’t leave behind. It’s that shred of hope, I can’t seem to find. It’s so close now I can taste it, Every single breath I take is wasted. It’s that taste of home, I can’t leave behind. It’s that tiny death, That I don’t seem to mind. It’s so close now I can taste it, Every single breath I take is wasted. That taste of home, Can’t leave it alone. It’s the thing that separates me. That taste of home, Can’t leave it alone. It’s the thing that separates me. It dominates me. It’s that taste of home, I can’t leave behind. I want everything, I want it all the time. It’s so close now I can taste it, Every single breath I take is wasted. It’s that taste of home, I can’t leave behind. It’s that shattered dream, The one I left behind. It’s so close now I can taste it, Every single breath I take is wasted. That taste of home, Can’t leave it alone. It’s the thing that separates me. It complicates me. That taste of home, Can’t leave it alone. It’s the thing that separates me. It intoxicates me. That taste of home, Can’t leave it alone. It’s the thing that separates me. It dominates me. It complicates me.

I'm Burning 06:08
Late night, Neon windows, Eyes closed, So tired. Late night, Cigarettes, So close, I’m on fire. I’m burning… Late night, Neon windows, So close, So far. Late night, Cigarettes, Early morning, On fire. I’m burning… I can’t stop it, I can’t let it go. It’s easy to keep going, When you’re on a roll. I can’t stop it, I can’t let it be. It’s easy to keep going, When you get no relief. Release…

Walls 04:15
Walls of gold, Beliefs of steel. You’re making a difference, You’re making it real. This thing you’ve created, It’s complicated now. This thing you’ve created, Let’s suffocate it now. What you’re saying, Sounds crazy as hell. Listen to you, Listen to yourself. What you’re telling me, Try on somebody else. Listen to you, Listen to yourself. Walls of gold, Beliefs of steel. Do you hear what you’re saying? Do you say what you feel? This thing you’ve created, It’s complicated now. This thing you’ve created, Let’s suffocate it now. What you’re saying, Sounds crazy as hell. Listen to you, Listen to yourself. What you’re telling me, Try on somebody else. Listen to you, Listen to yourself. You’re fucking wasting it away… You’re fucking wasting it.

The Shift 06:32
No idea what’s in store, This is the sign we’ve been waiting for. I’ve never been here before, But this is the sign we’ve been waiting for. I’ve lost my patience, I’ve lost my pride. I’ve lost my self, Too many times, I close my eyes… You had to do it, You had to do it. I’m trying to help you breathe. You had to lose it, You had to lose it, It’s all coming back to me… No idea what’s in store, This is the sign we’ve been waiting for. I’ve never been here before, But this is the sign we’ve been waiting for. I’ve lost my vision, I’ve lost my mind. I’ve lost my faith, Too many times, I’m going blind. You had to do it, You had to do it. I’m trying to set you free. You had to lose it, You had to lose it, It’s all coming back to me… No idea what’s in store, This is the sign we’ve been waiting for. I’ve never been here before, But this is the sign we’ve been waiting for.

about

"The album ticks all the boxes for what a great industrial rock album should be in 2015. There are those classic elements that are beloved by old school fans, but it is fresh, relevant, and most importantly, damn catchy."

- Sean M. Palfry, INTRAVENOUS MAGAZINE, April 2015

“The music is a fresh approach and the lyrics are poignant and easy to identify with. While it would be easy to compare this project to other bands, I think that it would be unfair to do so. Kiss Is Kill is completely original, with driving guitars, sexy beats, and vocals that are spot on. This is not some type of bubble gum industrial. This is industrial rock electronic at its finest.”

-Shibari Reiss, Coma Music Magazine Magazine, Dec 2015

“This is pure Industrial-Rock brilliance! The songs on this amazing, 10 track album are as diverse and exciting as you’d expect from a glorious experiment in sound, style and musical format. Songs like ‘Revelation’ and ‘Ready’ harken back to the days of Electro-Tribal drum assaults, distorted guitars, head bopping insanity, and a plethora of lurid images created by deliciously enjoyable lyrics.”

-John Crofts, 925 Rebellion, Oct 2015

“We receive a lot of material each week. But every so often a band or musician jump out at us and we just can't put them down. that would be (Kiss Is Kill). a word to the wise don't be next to this guy in a competition he will shut your sound down. all I can say is one kick ass musician”

- WTSR FM, Mar 2015

"...bacon to the mouth for lovers of American-style industrial crossover names like Ministry, KMFDM or Cubanate...You will get a spontaneous ejaculation." -

-www.darkentries.be, Mar 2015

"This totally rules. This guy mixes metal, rock and industrial into one crushing mix of music. This was fresh and new to my ears and I enjoyed this big time!"

- Metal Core Fanzine, Mar 2015

“This is an incredible industrial rock band headed up by James Chapple. I feel like James is my lyrical soul mate. I have never identified with lyrics the way that I have this album. It is fun, funky, and rocking!”

-Year in Review, Coma Music Magazine, Dec 2015
